How long is the shipping?
Please note: Delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Processing Time: Average dispatch is 1-4 business days (excluding weekends).
Shipping Time: Average international standard delivery is 4-12 working days.
*For Standard Delivery, some countries may experience delays due to customs clearances. Please allow up to 28 days depending on the country. Refer to the maximum delivery days listed below for each country to determine when to inquire and raise a ticket with us.
Can i cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. Please send us your cancellation or change request within this 6-hour window. If more time has passed, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled or changed, as it may have already begun processing.
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns within 30 days of your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your product, you can return it within this period for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
How do I initiate a return?

DO I PAY CUSTOMS FEES?
In most cases, no, but there are some exceptions based on your location:
USA: No taxes or duties are payable if your order is under $800 USD.
EU: There is a chance you may incur taxes and duties. Please ensure you provide your real phone number so we can notify you about your shipping. These taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total.
Canada: Taxes are payable on orders over 22 CAD.
U.K.: You will not need to pay VAT or duties.

IIt depends but our devices are made to last for years.
Are there any side effects of led therapy?
Red and LED light therapy is a safe and non-invasive treatment that has been extensively studied for its effectiveness. Generally, there are no known side effects associated with this therapy. It is a well-tolerated procedure suitable for a wide range of users.
